Overview

EPICentre’s Coworking Membership provides members with access to EPICentre’s modern and open-concept coworking space, amenities, local entrepreneurship ecosystem, and other resources to help them grow their businesses and integrate into a vibrant entrepreneurship community.

We welcome startups and organizations who share University of Windsor and EPICentre’s values to join our entrepreneurship community. We are looking for members who will:

  • Support and enhance the educational mission of University of Windsor and its affiliates
  • Work with our ecosystem partner and contribute to the economic well-being of our community
  • Promote a collaborative culture with other entrepreneurs at EPICentre

We are located on the campus of the University of Windsor at:
Joyce Entrepreneurship Centre, 2nd Floor

Membership

Two membership levels are available:

Access to Facility Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm (closed on holidays) 24/7 access with own swipe card (deposit or additional fee may apply)
Workspace Access to a hot desk1 Access to a dedicated desk

Monthly Fee $200+ HST for one access $350+ HST for one access
Optional Add-On
  • – $50+ HST for access to a mailbox to receive mail
  • – $150+ HST for additional hot desk access
  • – $300+ HST for additional dedicated desk
  • – $150+ HST for additional hot desk access

Notes:
1A hot desk is a workspace structure where users share desks with other users but at a different time; users will normally take whichever desk is available in the hot desk area

2Number of hours entitled depends on membership type and number of subscriptions; private meeting room must be booked in advance

3Recommendation from EPICentre’s staff may be required

Eligibility

We welcome startups, small businesses and organizations looking to connect with other like-minded individuals and to help us build a vibrant and collaborative entrepreneurship community.

Commercial liability insurance may be required as a condition to join the membership.

Application

We take applications at any time. Once approved, membership will start the first day of the month following the approval or by member’s choice.
