Foad Karimian – Winner of the Provincial Volunteer Service Award for his work with OHLI, Social Enterprise
Foad Karimian partnered up with Dr. Martha Reavley to start the Odette High School Leadership Initiative (OHLI) enterprise. The goal of the program is to introduce the youth of Windsor-Essex to core leadership concepts to enable them to become 21st century leaders. Many schools in the Windsor/Essex community and Detroit have partnered up with EPICentre to ensure the continuation of the program. In addition to the case analysis presented to a panel of judges, students participating in OHLI must also go through a series of workshops that enhance their presentation and communication skills.
Congratulations to Foad on achieving the Volunteer Service Award, for his continuous year round commitment to the Odette High School Leadership Initiative!
