S: My name is Sumbal Chaudhry and I’m in marketing.
V: Lingo is our company and Lingo is a service matching website that helps non–English speakers find local services providers who speak their language.
S: Our company wants to break languages barriers by connecting any service in any language.

EPICentre: How did you hear about the RBC EPIC Founders Program?
V:
This year I became the first law student to become the Ambassador of Epicentre and through my role, I learned about the amazing programs that they offered here.
S: What made us get into the founders’ program was truly our passion for entrepreneurialism and basically making a difference with our company.

EPICentre: What skills do you hope to gain while you’re here?
V: We hope to learn entrepreneurial skills through lean strategy and business model canvas. From research skills to business skills, we are looking forward to building holistic skills that will help us run our business.

EPICentre: Where do you hope to see yourself by the end of the program?
S: By the end of the program, we hope to validate our business idea to see if wheather it is feasible, scalable, launchable and we really hope to grow lingo and…
Both: Make a difference.
