The University of Windsor EPICentre is once again partnering with Libro Credit Union to promote and support social entrepreneurship in Southwestern Ontario. Launched and supported through Libro Credit Union’s Prosperity Fund Program, EPICentre will be providing Social Enterprise 101 Coaching aimed to support local changemakers looking to launch a for-profit or non-profit social enterprise with an impactful vision and solution to social, cultural or environmental problems.
“As advocates for positive change, we are thrilled to continue this partnership with Libro Credit Union to support existing and upcoming social enterprises,” said EPICentre Director Wen Teoh.
With the launch of the program, EPICentre has teamed up with creators InspireHub and Sarah Haefling of the Made It Happen Podcast to help highlight some of the changemakers in Southwestern Ontario. With the help of our Student in Residence, Selina Pescara, EPICentre has developed a short video to illustrate, promote, and highlight the importance of social entrepreneurship.
