When the leaves start to fall and the air turns crisp, it’s not just Halloween spirits that come alive. On October 18th and 19th, the University of Windsor EPICentre hosted a heartwarming event that blended the Halloween spirit with the joy of giving.

Recognizing the needs of the University of Windsor UWSA Food Pantry, the EPICentre team organized a food drive with a Halloween twist. Those who donated to the cause were gifted with acustom 3D Printed light-up ghost or cauldron made right in our MakerSpace. Proudly displaying their charitable spirit along with their Halloween decor.

The University of Windsor Food Bank is an essential resource that helps students facing food insecurity. The food bank provides non-perishable items and other necessities to ensure no student goes hungry. EPICentre’s food drive aimed to bolster this critical service.
