Like so many employers in Canada, Caesars Windsor is facing a potential Chronic MSK crisis among its employee population. One of the largest Casino resorts in Canada, Caesars Casino has almost 3000 employees working onsite – half of them are confirmed as or suspected to be suffering from a chronic MSK disorder.

Over a 4 – month period, Sarjan Health partnered with Caesars Windsor to identify, engage, and enroll Caesars Windsor employees with chronic MSK into the 12-week digital intervention program and measure results of the first graduates.

Sarjan used data from Caesars Windsor third party survey and health screener to identify those with confirmed and suspected chronic MSK disorder to target outreach to them. Sending a series of emails on behalf of Caesars Windsor, Sarjan introduced and enrolled employees in the digital intervention program.
