Coworking Membership Program

EPICentre’s Coworking Membership Program provides members with access to EPICentre’s modern and open concept coworking space, amenities, local entrepreneurship ecosystem and other resources to help them grow their businesses and integrate into a vibrant entrepreneurship community.

We welcome startups and organizations who share University of Windsor and EPICentre’s values to join our entrepreneurship community. We are looking for members who will:

  • Support and enhance the educational mission of University of Windsor and its affiliates
  • Work with our ecosystem partner and contribute to the economic well-being of our community
  • Promote a collaborative culture with other entrepreneurs at EPICentre

We are located on the campus of the University of Windsor at:
Joyce Entrepreneurship Centre, 2nd Floor

Windsor, ON N9B 0C1

Two membership levels are available:

Monthly Fee $200+ HST for one access $350+ HST for one access
Optional Add-On
  • – $50+ HST for access to a mailbox to receive mail
  • – $150+ HST for additional hot desk access
  • – $300+ HST for additional dedicated desk
  • – $150+ HST for additional hot desk access

Notes:
1A hot desk is a workspace structure where users share desks with other users but at a different time; users will normally take whichever desk is available in the hot desk area

2Number of hours entitled depends on membership type and number of subscriptions; private meeting room must be booked in advance

3Recommendation from EPICentre’s staff may be required

Commercial liability insurance may be required as a condition to join the membership.
