EPICentre along with 40 other campus groups activated an event as part of last week’s Lancer Care Week. Many of the activities included free mental health training sessions, workshops, self-care events, and info booths.

Our event last Thursday and Friday was the Blue Sky Competition focused on mental health and post-pandemic life. The competition was marketed to students enrolled in campus clubs with the chance to win cash prizes sponsored by the UWindsor Alumni Association.

We had student club teams present their ideas to a panel of judges that solved pain points surrounding mental health, communication, and logistics.

The winning team was Enactus, and students Erin & Hansika! 

The second and third place winning clubs were :

• Communications Student Association (Jaydlin and Sean)
• Engineering 4.0 (Kishok, Varsha, and Waseem)
