The 2022 RBC EPIC Founders Program wrapped up on August 9, 2022. Since May, seven new startups had the opportunity to test, validate, and build their business models through this intensive 12-week program. The Founders program connects new startups with mentors and coaches, unique learning and networking opportunities, as well as access to funding
. Participants work hard to prepare for the final pitch competition where each startup presents their business model to a panel of judges for the chance to win additional cash prizes.

Congratulations to Spencer Montcalm, Founder of Montcalm Fine Art Conservation (MFAC). MFAC provides services for stewards of fine art and cultural heritage. They specialize in theconservation, restoration, and preservation of fine art and cultural heritage objects. Using a scientific-based approach an object’s materiality is evaluated, then the preservation or treatment methods developed uniquely satisfy the piece’s historical context, environment, and future intent.
Congratulations to the runner-up, Founder Ala Falaki, Founder of Socialization. Socialization is a platform to integrate multiple social media accounts in one dashboard. It will not only help with creating the content but will also publish and measure your success.
