Description: The need to make a social impact from a charitable perspective is something on everyone’s mind, but how can we be sure the practices we implement are helping us achieve our target objectives?During the First O’Neil Workshop hosted at EPICentre, we will be providing a holistic approach to address data collection, improving your evaluation plan and communicating social impact.
Speakers: Frazier Fathers – United Way –Director, Continuous Improvement and Advocacy Frazier is responsible for overseeing internal evaluation processes and assisting organizational transition from a systems level impact on organizations strategy at United Way. Furthermore, Frazier’s role at United Way encompasses community investments and conducting policy research on the challenges individuals and families face in Windsor and Essex County. Frazier is a proven leader in the charitable realm and looks forward to working in collaboration to discuss matters such as logic models and evaluability checklists at this Workshop. Allison Prieur – DARE Impact Consulting Principal and Founder Allison is a strategic motivator with 15 years of progressive experience in public and non-profit stakeholder engagement, relationship building, research, evaluation and grant making. She has demonstrated history of inspiring people to develop clear, measurable strategies that guide decision-making and create efficiencies while maximizing impact. Additionally, Allison’s role at Dare impact DARE Impact Consulting is to help non-profits and the public sector measure and improve impact. With access to funding increasingly being directly tied to outcomes, non-profits and the public sector are forced to find the capacity, internally or externally, to design robust programs and measure, demonstrate and improve impact. Allison will be touching on her expertise during the workshop in this field.
