Make It & Take It workshop # 5

 Pulse Width Modulation with Adruino

Learn about micro controller theory and how to program them using PWM (pulse width modulation) to control the intensity of light and the speed of motors.Using the Arduino Uno, you will learn how to construct a basic program that can be modified to change the power output of devices. Once your program code is complete, you will be able to modify the duty cycle easily to make your device shine brighter or spin faster.

In preparation, please bring your laptop computer with the open source Adruino Software (IDE) installed. It is free at this link:

 Pizza will be provided.

Only the first 12 registered attendees will get to take home their creations. So show up early!
