EPICentre invites all students to come to your brand new makerspace at the University of Windsor, the EPIC Industrial Hub, to utilize your knowledge, exercise your creativity and realize your imagination through making. Here, you will have the tools, equipment and materials for the projects and prototypes you have always dreamed of. The Make It and Take It workshop series, which features instructional workshops throughout 2018, is designed to equip students with the essential skills and knowledge in their quest of making. Instructors who are passionate about their community, their work and their hobbies will be showing you how to build or design cool gadgets, and explain to you the theories behind them. With workshops ranging from basic to challenging, from soldering to 3D-modelling, students from all majors are sure to find interesting ones to learn and enjoy.
