Build in Canada Innovation Program Info Session

EPICentre and the Office of Research and Innovation Services will be having a lunch and learn session with representatives from The Government of Canada - Office of Small and Medium Enterprises on Tuesday, October 17th, 2017 at EPICentre.

This event will discuss the Build in Canada Innovation Program (BCIP), which assists Canadian businesses in testing their innovative goods and services before they are commercialized. This session will run from 11:30am-1pm in the EPICentre workshop room and will discuss how the BCIP helps Canadian companies of all sizes move their state-of-the-art goods and services from the laboratory to the marketplace. Through the BCIP, the Government of Canada buys pre-qualified goods and services. The government moves these late-stage research and development innovations to federal departments for testing. After testing, the BCIP provides feedback to suppliers on the performance of their products or services. Further details about the program and how to submit a proposal will be discussed at the session.
